Here is your very own online weekly portal to excersies, activies and fun things to keep your kids entertained throughout the gymnastics closures regarding the Coronavirus.
Click on the weekly buttons below for printable versions of warm ups, stretches, games and activites for all ages and abilities.
We recomend the exercises are completed once a week, but to be super strong you can always repeat them every other day.....mummies & daddies too!
Our challenegs each week will be posted here too, so send in your entries and we will add them to the portal for everyone to see.
Each new week will be added on Tuesday evenings and you can change things up by swapping and repeating weeks. Have fun with it, but ultimately...stay safe!!!!
