GENERAL GYMNASTICS 

SGA has General Gymnastics classes for children aged 3 - 18 years

Whether you are a complete beginner, taken a couple of lessons in school PE, self taught, enjoy cheerleading or are a budding tumbler....we have a lesson to suit you! 

Our classes are all about FUN, SAFE, PROGRESSIVE learning focussing on the fundamental movements and skills of Gymnastics.

SGA is predomanently a Women's Artistic Club but we do cater for boys too! As well as Beam, A-Bars and Trampette, we have Rings, Vaulting Table and Box, A Mushroom, Evo and Air Tracks to give the boys plenty to be getting on with.
