Our Mini “Rainbow Squads” are carefully selected from age 4 to train 2hrs a week. They are the foundation level or our squads and chosen for “natural” strength, flexibility and understanding to be able to develop the basic skills to an Artistic Standard with the aim of competing in our Women’s Artistic Regional Development Plan. 

Gymnasts can move to either Floor & Vault or 4 piece aged 8 years depending on their individual pathways.
