Our Floor & Vaults Squads are invitation only and individuals are chosen from our recreational classes by our Head Coach. These gymnasts have been tested on their strength, flexibility, speed, musicality and artistic finish. They train between 2-5hrs a week depending on ability and will represent SGA in county & regional competitions.
